Do I have to have a reservation?

Yes. All tours are reservation based only.

When is my payment due?

Private Tours: $120.00 deposit required at booking to reserve seating; remaining balance is due 3 days before your reservation date. 
Public Tours: Full payment is required up front to reserve seats. No public tours due to Covid-19 until further notice.

When should I arrive?

15 minutes prior to tour start time to fill out your waivers. Remember arriving 20 minutes after your scheduled tour time will result in loss of deposit.

Do I need to bring my own drinks?

Yes. This tour is BYOB. NO GLASS ALLOWED. Beer, liquor and wine are allowed as long as it is brought in cans or plastic. Box wine is also allowed. Please premix cocktails in plastic containers.

What is the cancellation policy?

2 weeks prior to tour = full refund
Less than 2-weeks = no refund You will be given the option to reschedule at a later date.
No shows or last minute cancellation = no refund.

What is the weather policy?

We ride rain or shine.
You will be notified of cancellation due to weather – please do not assume your tour is cancelled unless you are notified by us. We will not tour in lightening or severe weather.
40 degrees or below or 100 degrees or above you will be given the option to reschedule at a different date and time.

How many people can ride?

Bike #1 accommodates up to 8 riders (minimum of 10 riders) , bike #2 and bike #3 accommodates up to 8 riders (minimum of 5)

How long is the tour?

Private and public tours are 2 hours long.

How do I book my tour?

Go to the Book Tour page and fill out the booking form. Please have your credit card information ready. Please note that there will be a 2.75% credit card fee on all charges.   You will also need to pay sales taxes in your booking.

Is there music on the tour?

Absolutely! We have a stereo with an auxiliary cord. You are welcome to hook up your iPod or MP3 player or your phone, your driver will assist you in the hook-up process.

Who drives this Party Bike?

We provide a River City Pedaler Guide to navigate the tour and keep you laughing and cheering along the way

What should I wear?

Please dress appropriate for predicted weather. Tennis shoes, close toed sandals, boots are fine. No high heel shoes allowed. No flip flops allowed or open toed shoes.

Is it dangerous?

It is no more dangerous than riding a regular bicycle. However, as with everything, there is always risk involved so passengers ride at their own risk.

Can I decorate?

Absolutely! Decorations are welcome. All decorations must be socially appropriate. You must arrive 20 minutes before your tour to decorate. Please note we cannot cover our signs on the bike at any time.

Should I tip the Driver/Host?

Absolutely! Our drivers and hosts are there to make it fun and exciting. We’re sure that they would appreciate a tip, but only if you feel that they did a good job making it FUN, 20% is customary.
